Tokyu Stay Shibuya Shin-Minamiguchi Tokyo

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room always kept spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the washing machine in the room, which was incredibly convenient. The location was perfect, being very close to the Narita Express platform in Shibuya JR station and just a short walk to the Shibuya Train station. Additionally, the hotel was near the interchange leading to the city centre crossing, making it easy to explore this city. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though not all of them could speak English.

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to popular attractions, such as Shibuya Crossing and shopping malls. The area is quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day in the city. There is a little restaurant next door, Jonathan's Coffee & Restaurant, where guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast. the hotel offers a washing machine and basic kitchen facilities, perfect for longer stays.

One downside is that some guests have mentioned a stinking smell in the toilet that needs to be addressed.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were reasonable, and the attention to detail was impressive. The location just outside the New South Exit of Shibuya station was ideal for exploring the city. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities, including the rooms with a kitchenette and washing machine, were greatly appreciated. Additionally, the fact that the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis with a change of bed linens included demonstrated the hotel's commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Lastly, the included breakfast at Jonathan's offered a decent spread of options, including choices for vegetarians, and the availability of unlimited drinks added to the overall positive experience.

All was satisfactory.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a few steps away from the train station and surrounded by many great restaurants and convenient stores. It made exploring the city so much easier. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making my Christmas stay even more enjoyable. They were always willing to assist and provide recommendations on places to visit and dine.

I understand that this was not the hotel's fault and was just temporary inconveniences.

The staff members were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to Shibuya station and nearby restaurants. The amenities, such as the washer/dryer and balcony, added to the comfort and convenience of the room. Despite a few minor issues with noise and internet connectivity, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near Shibuya South Exit. Washer/dryer and air purifier in compact room. Short walk to Hachiko Statue and Shibuya Crossing. Many nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Friendly and helpful staff.
